What is The Reset Room?
The Reset Room is a brand-new hot yoga studio located inside BodyGames in North Durham, offering all-levels yoga designed to help you reconnect with your body, breath, and strength. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this is your space to sweat, stretch, and grow—together.

When is The Reset Room opening?We’re planning a soft launch in early May 2025. Join the waitlist to get first dibs on the schedule and Founding Member perks.

Where is The Reset Room located?We’re located inside The BodyGames Center at 5120 N Roxboro St in North Durham, NC—right in Riverview Shopping Center near Duke Family Medicine, Harris Teeter and the ABC Store.

Do I need a BodyGames membership to take yoga classes?No! The Reset Room has its own membership base. You don’t need to be a BodyGames member to join (although it will be discounted if you are!) We’ll also be Founding Member specials!

What types of hot yoga classes will you offer?At the moment we are planning to offer 4 signatures classes: Hot Power Flow – A dynamic, strength-building vinyasa class Gentle Reset – A slow, breath-led yin-inspired flow Hot Fusion – A blend of functional mobility and vinyasa yoga Each class is designed to meet you where you are—whether you're brand new or returning to your practice. Hot Mat Pilates - low-impact, high-rep exercises designed to build strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility—all while activating deep core muscles and stabilizers.

Are your yoga classes beginner-friendly?Absolutely. Every class includes modifications and guidance, making them suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike. We believe in progress, not perfection.

What days are classes offered?We’ll be starting with weekly classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, with more time slots added as we grow. Both morning and evening options will be available.
