WARM UP (spend 5-10 minutes here- take whatever feels good!)
HOVERING TABLE TO PLAK STEP BACKS (30 seconds)
FOREARM PLANK (30 seconds of EACH)
1- knee taps
2- step out and ins
3- fwd/back rocks
R FOREARM / L HAND UNDER SHOULDER:
1- bent lift behind x12
2- lift to cross to lift to lower x10
3- pulse (30 seconds)
—————same side——————
1- hydrants x12
2- hydrants to straighten to hydrant to close x10
3- pulse (30 seconds)
Plank + slow mountain climbers (30seconds)
——REPEAT IT ALL ON THE OTHER SIDE——
STAND ON R LEG + L ON SLIDER
1- slow lower lunge x12
2- keep bend in R leg + L leg in and out x10
3- hovering lunge to L knee tap x10
4- pulse L knee down x20
——REPEAT ON OTHER SIDE——
STAND ON R LEG + L ON SLIDER
1- slow lower side lunge x12
2- stay bent in R leg + L leg in and out x10
3- pulse/bend into R leg x20
——REPEAT ON OTHER SIDE——
[all arm exercises and for 1 minute each, no stopping, no breaks… yes you can]
1- bent side raise + press forward
2- side serves + curls
3- overhead press + forearm drops
4- (palms forward) front raises + T arms
[core exercises 45 seconds on + 15 seconds rest]
1- frog leg lift and lower (keep low back grounded)
2- frog legs stay up reach outside R — center — outside L and back again
3- high boat to low boat (connect breath to movement)
4- frog pulls + hip lift to legs extended (try to keep elbows wide and think about pulling knees up towards triceps)
